What is included in the Solvize web presence package? +
Our turnkey web presence package is an all-inclusive 2-year bundle for solopreneurs, coaches, therapists, and consultants.
It includes 1 handcrafted responsive landing site, custom domain setup, 1 branded professional email setup (you@yourbrand.com), high-speed global hosting & SSL for 2 complete years, WhatsApp CTA, contact form lead routing, reviews section, and 3 Business Days turnaround*.
Why is GST not charged on commercial invoices? +
Solvize operates under the statutory threshold exemption under Section 22 of the CGST Act.
Professional fees are net, and standard commercial invoices bearing Permanent Account Number (PAN) are issued for legal business accounting and recordkeeping.
How does the 3 Business Days turnaround work? +
*3-day turnaround is dependent on timely receipt of complete content, initial deposit, images, copy, and brand assets (ideal scenario timeframe).
Delays in content submission, deposit settlement, or revision feedback pause the turnaround schedule accordingly.
What concessions are provided for active defense personnel and veterans? +
In honor of active military personnel and veterans (tribute to my father's service in the Indian Army), I offer a 100% 3rd-year AMC waiver (3rd year AMC on us). Valid defense identification (Service ID, ECHS Card, or PPO) is required for authentication.
What happens after the first 2 years of hosting and maintenance? +
After 2 complete years, annual hosting and technical maintenance continue transparently. You will receive an advance renewal reminder, and multi-year AMC options are available to lock in rates.
Please note that domain renewals after the first 2 years are not covered in the AMC fee and are quoted on actual registrar retail costs. There are no lock-ins; full domain and asset ownership transfer is available upon request.
